Uplandian Introduction

So just who exactly are we?

In short, we are a family owned and operated UK based property business. Uplandian is a modern iteration of a business that has been in existence for some 20+ years. Originally the business was set up to focus on land development and house building across the home counties under the stewardship of Andy – our current head of planning and development. Andy has now passed the stewardship to Aidan, his eldest son and our Managing Director.
Our core business is and will continue to be, land development and house building although we now tend to operate across a larger geographical area than in the past. In recent times, we have successfully expanded our scope of services to also include planning and development guidance and advice. This can be as simple as assessing what to do with an old garage or portion of land adjacent to a property right through to larger scale housing development market analysis and pricing and most importantly, whether planning consent is likely and how to best approach it.
